I value transparency and want you to feel informed and comfortable when beginning care. Below you’ll find details about session fees, insurance options, and payment policies.

Fees

Initial Consultation 

15-minute video session: Free

A brief video consultation to connect, explore your needs, and answer any questions you may have. This time is meant to ensure we feel aligned and that this space supports your healing  journey.

Established Client Follow-Up 

55 minute: $165

Ongoing sessions that offer a supportive space to deepen self-awareness, nurture growth, and continue working toward your goals—emotionally, mentally, and beyond. Each session is guided by your evolving needs and honors your unique healing process.

New Client Evaluation 

55 minute: $225

A comprehensive, collaborative session where we explore your personal story—mind, body, and environment. Together, we’ll clarify your goals and begin co-creating a treatment approach that aligns with your values, lifestyle, and overall well-being.

Late Cancelation & No Show

$100

I understand that life happens, and plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice, or missed without communication, will be charged a $100 fee. Thank you for honoring this shared commitment to the therapeutic process.

I recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to confirm coverage and any potential out-of-pocket costs. 

Out-of-Network 

Insurance 

If you have an insurance plan that I am not in-network with, I can provide you with a superbill (a detailed receipt) that you may submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement, depending on your out-of-network mental health benefits.

Good Faith Estimate

Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the expected cost of services if you’re not using insurance. This estimate will be provided upon request.
